Three supercars and a thrill ride? Oh, go on then!

So this month, I was lucky enough to have the day off to go with my Dad to watch him drive 3 supercars and have a thrill ride around Prestwold Driving Centre near Loughborough. I must say I was super excited to go as I actually LOVE supercars and have a little obsession with them. A girl can dream, right?! So when we got there, we went to sign in and was given all of the info we needed for the day. He got to drive a Lamborghini, Ferrari and an Aston Martin. Here are some of the snapshots I took during the day! At the end you'll see a photo from inside the thrill ride, which was so fun (and ridiculously fast!) The driver even dressed up as the Stig for the day to drive people around. Winner!

My October photo a day challenge!

So throughout September I've been doing a fab photo a day challenge on Instagram which was created by SuperGorgeous. It's called SuperGorgeousSept and each day is something beauty related - perfect, right?  So after already taking many photos and realising I really enjoy doing these types of challenges I've decided to create my own for all of the lovely ladies out there on Instagram to do too! Keep your eyes peeled for a post on my entire September challenge as I'll be collating all of the photos together to put on here for all you lovely lot to see!

Anyway, here's my challenge if you have Instagram and want to join in.

New purchases

So I purchased these two products online yesterday. I've heard tons of brilliant reviews about both of them and was so intrigued to try them for myself! Super excited to receive them next week and ill obviously to do a blog post once I'm formed an opinion about them!

There's something so peaceful about wild Deer and beautiful walks in the sunshine.

So last week, my boyfriend and I took Cassie (my boyfriend's beautiful doggy) to Bradgate Park in Leicestershire. If you've never been, it's a beautifully picturesque park (a very big park in fact!) located near to Loughborough and Woodhouse Eaves. We had a quick trip to Asda on the way to get some picnic supplies for all of us (even miniature carrot batons and cherry tomatoes for Cassie). We took a lovely, big picnic blanket and plenty of suncream and water and set off on our journey.

Luckily for us it was a lovely summers day and the sun was shining bright and hot (a bit too hot for me!) We parked up and paid for three hours parking and started our relaxing stroll to find a good picnic spot. We sat about halfway up the hill towards Old John Tower on a flat area surrounded by rocks, which was great until we realised we were sat right underneath the sun with no shade - doh!

So after we had eaten most of our (quite large) picnic, we took Cassie around the park for three hours and visited their Deer Sanctuary and the ruins of Bradgate House. It was an amazing day, especially because I managed to get so close to the herd of Deer! If you haven't been then I definitely recommend it for all people that love the outdoors, dog-walking or you could even take your children or younger siblings! Anyway, here are more photos from my visit...

If you want more information or want to know how to get to Bradgate Park, then they have loads of info on their website! http://www.bradgatepark.org/1/Bradgate_Park_and_Swithland_Wood_Country_Park/
